曹小平，女，1957年10月生,教授，理學博士，博士生導師�，F為蘭州大學化學化工學院教授，國家自然科學基金委員會批準的“有機化學創新群體”成員。
教育及工作經歷：
1982年蘭州大學化學系本科畢業后留校任助教、講師。
1989年在職獲碩士學位。
1993-1996年在香港中文大學獲博士學位并完成博士后研究工作。
1997年回蘭州大學任副教授。
2002年任教授、博士生導師。
2003及2008年作為中德短期合作交流項目訪問教授在德國Bielefeld大學合作科研。

研究方向：
從事有機合成新方法及其在天然產物合成中的應用研究，功能樹狀物的設計、合成及應用研究。
承擔的科研項目情況：
曾主持過多項研究課題,得到國家自然科學基金委“創新研究群體基金”、科技部“973計劃”、國家教委“骨干教師基金”、“優秀年輕教師基金”、“回國人員科研啟動基金”、“中國博士后科學基金”、“甘肅省自然科學基金”、“蘭州大學功能有機分子化學國家重點實驗室基金”等多項資助。目前主持一項國家自然科學基金，為蘭州大學“有機化學創新群體”和“國家重點基礎研究發展計劃(973計劃)”骨干成員。
